We have used the TracNet product for approximately six years. The quality of the TracNet Records Management System Software Product is only overshadowed by the quality of their customer service. Having been a customer for six years, we have been extremely satisfied with their ACIS Records Management Software so much so that we added their CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) component two years ago. I would recommend TracNet to any law enforcement agency interested in a comprehensive records management system and outstanding customer service.
